Recharter Party
On December 14, the Tomahawk District will hold its annual Recharter Party at Roundtable. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your packet and paperwork to Roundtable, and have all your questions answered, while we charter your unit. For any questions, please call Josh Mankovsky at 944-7748.
Ring Out
Please send your updated unit roster to Josh or Scott at the council office or forward it to jmankovs@bsamail.org or soliver@bsamail.org, so we can make sure every Scout that is participating in the program is registered. This will ensure that the Scout is covered under the Boy Scout’s insurance, and allow Scouts to earn badges and ranks.
Roundtable
District Roundtable is a monthly meeting, social gathering and sharing of information for all Scout leaders and interested parents. In Tomahawk district, Roundtable is held the second Thursday of every month. The regular meeting starts at 7:30PM and usually ends by 9:00PM. There will be a joint session for announcements, after which we will break out into separate sessions for Cub Scouting, Boy Scouting, Venturing, and Order of the Arrow. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to sign in and pick up any handouts.
Does Your Unit Need Help?
A huge part of being a Scout is giving back to Scouting and helping others! This is why the Tomahawk District is searching for a dedicated Commissioner Staff. The Commissioner Staff is a dedicated group of experienced Scouters, who volunteer their time to assist units in their operations. If you would like to lend a helping hand or your unit has a question or needs help please feel free to contact District Executive Josh Mankovsky at 944-7748 or jmankovsky@bsacac.org.
